The Museum of the Battle of Fromelles, certified Tourism & Disability in 2021, is committed to being accessible to people with disabilities. The team works constantly to offer ever richer and more varied offers of visits and mediations for as many people as possible.
With this in mind, the museum is accessible free of charge to disability card holders and their companion benefits from a reduced rate of €3.
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are accepted in the museum hall as well as in the exhibition.

- Hearing loops are built in at our information desks
- Magnetic loops for audio guides are available at the desk and can be paired to hearing aids to visit the permanent exhibition
- Transcription booklet of the content of the audio guide is on loan at the desk
- The museum team is mindful of d/ Deaf and hard-of-hearing visitors
