FAQs
We recommend that you consult our guidelines and advice in order to prepare your visit.
Do I need to book my visit?
It is not necessary to book before an individual self-guided visit. We may nevertheless have to regulate entries if the exhibit is too crowded and we recommend prior reservation for groups or to participate to an events on our programming.
An audio guide is included in the entrance fee to the permanent exhibition. It is available in French, English, Dutch, German and audio description (FR) on request. It is also possible to connect your headphones if they are equipped with a classic 3.5 mm jack, as well as to connect hearing aids using our magnetic loops.
We carefully disinfect the audio guides after each use.
Admission
Audio guides are included in the admission fee and are available in four languages (French, English, German and Dutch) and in audio description (FR).
