Days and opening hours


During school periods: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm. Saturday and Sunday from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm

During school holidays: every day from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm (except Tuesdays)


Ticket office closes at 5pm

> The shop / bookstore is open at the museum's opening hours. The safety measures are also respected: hand washing with a hand-sanitizer, one-way circulation and social distancing of 1m.

Is a health pass compulsory to visit the museum?

Yes. From Friday 30 September, a health pass will be compulsory for all visitors from 12 years and 2 months who wish to visit the museum.

Are face masks compulsory?

To protect the public, face masks are compulsory in the museum from 6 years old.

Do I need to book my visit?

It's not necessary to book your visit. But we recommend booking for groups / phone : +33 3 59 61 15 14

Do you disinfect your devices?

Our audio guide devices are meticulously desinfected after each use and we desinfect also every contact surfaces in the museum.


Audio guides are included in the admission fee and are available in four languages (French, English, German and Dutch).
