Opening times

The Museum reopened to the public Wednesday, 17 June.

To ensure the safety of all, a specific health plan has been established and validated by the Committee of Health, Safety and Working Conditions and the health authorities of the Métropole Européenne de Lille.


New days and opening hours:

Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 1.30pm to 5.30pm

The museum will be opened from 9.30am to 5.30pm on September 19 and 20 for the EUROPEAN HERITAGE DAYS.


N.B.: The museum ticket office closes at 5pm.

Length of visit: 45mins to 1hr

Are face masks compulsory?

To protect the public, face masks are compulsory in the museum from 6 years old.

Do I need to book my visit?

It's not necessary to book your visit. But we recommend booking for groups as we can only accept 40 persons at a time in the exhibition. / phone : +33 3 59 61 15 14

Do you disinfect your devices?

Our audio guide devices are meticulously desinfected after each use and we desinfect also every contact surfaces in the museum.


Audio guides are included in the admission fee and are available in four languages (French, English, German and Dutch).

Children aged 8 to 18, visitors over 60 y.o., jobseekers, students and war veterans.
Proof of eligibility must be provided
