Pheasant Wood, 10 Years After

After its 2020-2021 presentation at the Musée de la Bataille de Fromelles, the exhibition "Pheasant Wood, 10 Years After" jointly made with the Commonwealth War Graves Commission is now hosted at The CWGC Experience

In 2020, The Museum of the Battle of Fromelles and The Commonwealth War Graves Commission worked in partnership to present an exhibition entitled “Pheasant Wood, 10 Years After”.

Ten years after the construction of Fromelles (Pheasant Wood) Military Cemetery, this exhibition showcases the experience of the CWGC and the work carried out by The Museum of the Battle of Fromelles to recall the history and honour the memory of the British and Australian soldiers who died on 19 and 20 July 1916, during the Battle of Fromelles.
