The recipients authorised to receive queries regarding personal data are: the MEL service for metropolitan natural spaces, competent to respond to your query.  

Personal data is kept for 13 months for contact forms and until you unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link for newsletters. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the supervisory authority.

Cookies are used for the sole purpose of producing anonymous statistics.

Cookies do not track a user’s browsing activity on other sites.

The IP address enabling the user to be geolocated is precise only to the level of town or city. The last two bytes of the IP address are excluded from our records.

Cookies enabling tracking and IP addresses are kept no longer than 13 months from the first visit.

Similarly, raw data on user numbers containing user IDs is kept for no more than 13 months.
